Tournament locations will include Rockland County NY, Orange County NY, Bergen County NJ, and Passaic County NJ.

 

 

TOURNAMENT DETAILS:

• Teams play a minimum of 3 games with an opportunity for up to 5 games

• Format will be posted with the schedule on the Monday before the tournament begins

• Playoff and Championship Games follow Pool Play Games

• Awards - Team plaques and individual awards for the top 2 teams

• 8U - 46/60 - One umpire per game for pool play games / 2 umpires for Championship game only 

• 9U - 10U 46/60 - One umpire per game for pool play games / 2 umpires for Semi and Championship games

• 9U 46/65, 10U 46/65 & 11U 50/70 - 18U - 2 Umpires for all games

 

 

INFORMATION NEEDED FROM MANAGERS/COACHES:

Prior to the tournament beginning, you will receive an email containing all the information that is required from the

 

team all of which are requirements to participate in any Fight On Tournament. 

 

Items include, but are not limited to:

• Online Roster to be inputted through link provided by Fight On Tournaments which must include all coaches/players dates of birth and parent’s valid email address

• Required Registration Waiver form which will be generated and emailed to parents when players are inputted onto the team roster 

• Insurance Certificate with "Fight On Tournaments" listed as additionally insured

 

WEATHER POLICY/UPDATES: (3 games guarantee)

 

• NO REFUND POLICY - BECAUSE A PERCENTEGE OF THE THE PROFITS WILL BE DONATED TO A CAUSE, THE MONEY OR MONEYS BEING PAID OUT, WILL BE DONE SO WELL IN ADVANCE TO THE TOURNAMENT BEING PLAYED. THANK YOU FOR DONATING TO A GREAT CAUSE!

• CANCELLATION POLICY: A TEAM WILL HAVE ONE YEAR FROM THE CANCELLED TOURNAMENT, TO RE- REGISTER FOR ANY TOURNAMENTS AT THE SAME COST AS LONG AS THERE IS AVAILABILITY IN THAT PARTICULAR TOURNAMENT.
